It does not guarantee appointment availability, clinical outcomes or medical advice. Use of any healthcare service listed on this platform is at your own discretion.
Account responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful registration information and for maintaining the security of their login credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access services on your behalf. Accounts found to contain false information may be suspended or removed.
Professional listings
A listing on this platform confirms that the professional has completed our registration review process. It does not constitute a medical endorsement or guarantee of clinical outcome. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before proceeding with any healthcare service.
Appointment requests
Appointment dates and times submitted through this platform are preferences and remain unconfirmed until acknowledged by the Growell Healthcare care team. Confirmation is communicated by SMS or email. We reserve the right to suggest alternative slots based on availability.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By completing a payment you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these terms. All fees displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Consultation fees, package fees and programme fees are charged at the time of booking or enrolment. Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Wellness and care programmes
Enrolment in a wellness or care programme constitutes a confirmed purchase. The start date, duration and included services are as described on the programme detail page at the time of enrolment. The platform does not guarantee that programme outcomes will meet individual expectations. Programme content may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated to enrolled patients.
Acceptable use
Users must not use this platform to submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with platform operations, or use any automated means to access or scrape platform content. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, reliance on directory listings, or outcomes of healthcare services booked through it. Our total liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, policies or legal requirements change. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.
